Meal delivery times depending on the region, stary 9 Am TO 4 PM 

from Saturday to Thursday, 

The box can be collected from a branch.

If the driver arrives at the delivery point and does not find 

anyone to receive the box, it will be returned to the branch and the 

customer can review the branch and receive the box.

If the box is not received within 24 hours, the box will be 

destroyed and not compensated.

When receiving the box, please keep the food in the 

refrigerator until it is consumed

The meals are heated in the microwave for 2 minutes for the safety of food, please do not reheat and cool the food more than once.

It is not allowed to leave the box in front of the door outside, 

even if it is at the request of the customer.

Subscription period is 28 days.

The subscription cannot be cancelled before the end of the 

month for any reason and the payment cannot be refunded.

Subscription is allowed to be Paused only twice for a maximum 

of 14 days.

Please be aware of any medical conditions or consumption of 

medications that interfere with certain food items or food allergies 

before signing up and Lions share has the right to refuse to the 

subscription in case of the presence of more than one type of 

allergy or medical condition that requires a particular type of food.
